I. System Overview

The PT-6000 Max is a large-field-of-view version designed based on a brand-new architecture and hardware platform. It incorporates all the advantages of Pintuo's entire series of still image products. It is a high-end still image inspection product with full functionality, large size, and high pixel count.

The system uses a new hardware platform, supports a customized graphical user interface for system operation. Coupled with a high-definition touch screen and a stable and enhanced light source, it provides more powerful functions and clear, delicate image quality, delivering an extremely smooth and high-quality user experience for customers.

II. System Features

1. It uses a professional camera equipped with a Sony IMX series CMOS image sensor and a high-end industrial lens. With a super-large aperture, it offers high image resolution, clear captured images, and excellent color reproduction.
2. It is equipped with a 16:9 high-definition liquid crystal touch monitor, which provides higher image clarity and more convenient operation.
3. By selecting high-performance hardware and combining it with unique image digitization technology, the following characteristic functions are provided:
   • Ultra-large format inspection, seamless full-frame stitching, and accurate full-frame cruising;
   • Intelligent zoom, autofocus, and smooth zooming in and out.
   • It supports automatic snapshot and archiving of special points, enabling unmanned inspection of printing materials;
   • Comparison of dual images on the same screen, intelligent analysis of registration deviation and color trends;
   • Quickly adjust the image by pinching and dragging with two fingers to accurately position the inspection area;
   • Permanently store printing task records, and trace historical data with one click;
   • Minimalist design allows for efficient inspection with zero learning cost;
4. The system control line uses professional cables and high-quality drag chains, which are resistant to bending and have a long lifespan.
5. It supports external synchronous triggering by encoders, proximity switches, gear sensors, etc., and is easy to install.
6. With the optimized design of the optical reflector and a high-grade material diffuser plate, the exposure is uniform and soft, and the brightness is high.
