I. System Overview

The PT-6000S video web system is applicable to high-speed printing equipment, providing high-quality monitoring images of printed products with megapixel-level resolution. This system is more suitable for label inspection, used to detect subtle image defects. The system transforms high-speed moving images into "still" images that are easily acceptable to the human eye, and it can perform local magnification to clearly display tiny printing defects, facilitating operators to adjust color registration and monitor the printing situation, enabling them to take corresponding measures in a timely manner and improve the quality of printed products. It fully meets the needs of high-end printed product monitoring and has won the trust of customers in the printing and cigarette packaging industries.

II. System Features

• It adopts a professional camera with an XGS series CMOS image sensor and a high-grade professional motorized lens from Computar, Japan. It has 60 levels of optical zoom, a super-large aperture, high image resolution, clear captured images, and excellent color reproduction.
• It is equipped with a 16:9 high-definition liquid crystal touch monitor, which provides higher image clarity and more convenient operation.
• By selecting high-performance hardware and combining it with image digitization technology, the following characteristic functions are provided:
  • Special point position mode, which independently saves pictures for automated inspection of printing materials.
  • On-screen comparison, enabling real-time comparison of printing quality and the changing trends of registration.
  • Image freezing function, making it easier to analyze printing quality at any time.
  • Image adjustment function, allowing gesture dragging and gesture zooming to quickly adjust the position and size of the printing image.
  • Printing task storage records, enabling the retrieval of historical records at any time.
  • Full touch screen operation, with a simple operating system, making product monitoring more convenient.
• The control line uses professional cables and high-quality drag chains, which are resistant to bending and have a long lifespan.
• It supports external synchronous triggering by encoders, proximity switches, gear sensors, etc., and is easy to install.
• With the optimized design of the optical reflector and a high-grade material diffuser plate, the exposure is uniform and soft, and the brightness is high.
