I. System Overview
The PT-6000 mini label video web system is the smallest-sized version designed based on a brand-new architecture. It is applicable to high-speed printing equipment and can provide high-quality monitoring images of printed products with megapixel-level resolution. Although it has the smallest size among the 6000 series, it still has a considerable monitoring field of view. It adopts a new image processing and data transmission unit, uses a CMOS image sensor, and has excellent image display effects. It is simple and easy to use, and all functions of the interface can be accessed through six physical buttons.
II. System Features
It uses a CMOS image sensor, paired with an industrial-grade ultra-low distortion lens, ensuring high image resolution, clear images, and accurate detail restoration to meet the needs of high-precision detection.
It is equipped with a 22-inch high-definition monitor, providing a wide field of view and delicate image quality, which is convenient for real-time observation and analysis of the detection results.
All functions can be quickly controlled through six physical buttons, simplifying the operation process and improving work efficiency.
Image magnification: 2-10 times; The software supports the display of historical monitoring pictures, and historical data can be retrieved and compared at any time, which is convenient for quality traceability and analysis.
It uses high-quality cables that are resistant to bending and interference, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system.
It supports external synchronous triggering of multiple sensors (such as encoders and proximity switches) to achieve seamless docking with the production line.
It is equipped with a high-brightness light source and an optical reflector to ensure uniform and soft exposure, eliminate shadows and reflections, and improve the detection accuracy.
