Stroboscopes

Two core models (handheld and fixed) are available to suit diverse label inspection scenarios.

Handheld stroboscope: Portable and high-efficiency with a rechargeable design free from power cords.

A full charge supports continuous operation for 6 to 8 hours, ideal for spot sampling on site.

Fixed stroboscope: Developed for full-width inspection on label production lines with customizable brightness and illumination width.

Instrument lengths ranging from 100 mm to 1600 mm allow flexible installation on various label manufacturing equipment.

Equipped with auto frequency adjustment and imported German tubes,

it delivers uniform and stable illumination to reduce defective rates and boost production efficiency.

Video Web Inspection Systems

Adopting encoder-synchronized capture technology, the video web inspection system freezes high-speed running rolls

into high-definition frames without line shutdown. It quickly identifies printing defects such as register deviation, smudges,

missing prints and ghost images, applicable to production lines for label printing, flexible packaging and film coating.

Four mainstream models will be displayed at the exhibition:

PT-6000 Video Web Inspection System – Classic entry-level model for standard narrow-web label printing,

featuring stable imaging and easy installation as the standard inspection equipment for small and medium printing factories.

PT-6000MAX Wide-Format Video Web Inspection System – Upgraded high-performance version with higher magnification

and superior detail resolution, designed for high-precision inspection of sophisticated anti-counterfeit labels

and multi-layer composite printing.

PT-6000L Full-Web Line Scan Video Web Inspection System – Custom-built for wide-web roll materials with

full-range panoramic viewing to meet large-format online monitoring demands for flexible packaging and film production.

PT-7000M Special Video Web Inspection System for Labels – Compact and flexibly mountable,

compatible with most small and medium high-speed printing machines for label, flexo, self-adhesive,

reel trademark and packaging printing industries.
